On a Sunday drive.

You have to love this country. As we drove around on this beautiful Sunday, we found this bridge that had half fallen into the river. The one bank had washed away and that side of the bridge sank. So being the smart people they are, they only fixed what was necessary ( THE ONE HALF )! Of course I had to drive over it even though they had some kind of weight limit signs up. p 1512 p 1515 p 1525 p 1537 p 1538 p 1539p 1486 - Copy p 1494 - Copy p 1499 p 1502 - Copy p 1503 - Copy p 1510 p 1521 - Copy p 1523 - Copy p 1532 - Copy

A day with the little kites in the town of Sumpango

Every year they have contests for the nicest kite and also for the best flying kite. They spend the day eating in the graveyard with the dead, flying kites, listening to loud music, and relaxing. The whole town is one big festival with all kinds of venders with crafts and more food then you can shake a stick at (which is good). They do not fly the great big kites but they fly kites that are about 24 feet across. It takes a lot of work to get the kites high enough so that they stay up for a long time. This time only one stayed up and all the others only went up to about 100 to 200 feet and then fell down ( ON THE PEOPLE ).p 1489 p 1491 p 1496 p 1497 p 1499 p 1501 p 1503 p 1507 p 1508 p 1515 p 1528 p 1530 p 1538 p 1546 p 1554 p 1557 p 1579 p 1583 p 1588 p 1595 p 1605 p 1638 p 1646 p 1661 p 1672 p 1714 p 1717 p 1764 p 1788 p 1794 p 1802 p 1817 p 1827 p 1848 p 1858 p 1859 p 1874 p 1876 p 1887 p 1911 p 1936 p 1942 p 1943 p 1956 p 1968 p 1969
